Yes. Church Stores ships to anywhere in Australia and overseas. Many of our customers order items such as altar breads, church incense, candles and other church supplies for delivery direct to their church or home. Export sales are quoted less Australian GST, and payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or direct bank transfer.

Yes. All prices quoted by Church Stores are inclusive of GST at the statutory rate. While we endeavour to keep to listed prices, Church Stores reserves the right to alter prices without notice. Goods will be invoiced at the ruling price at the date of dispatch. Export sales are quoted less Australian GST.

What are Church Stores' payment terms for account customers?

Monthly account customers are on strictly net 30-day terms. Church Stores may charge interest at an annual rate of 20% on all amounts overdue from the due date until paid in full. Accounts unpaid at 60 days may be placed on stop until all outstanding amounts are paid. Orders under $20.00 (before GST) are subject to a $10.00 plus GST handling fee. Pro Forma Invoice customers will have goods dispatched upon receipt of payment.

What is the returns and exchange policy at Church Stores?

Church Stores has a firm sale policy. No returns or exchanges are accepted without prior authorisation. All claims must be made within 10 days of the date of invoice or purchase, and authorised returns must be received within 21 days. Cut lengths, made-to-measure or special orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Church Stores does not issue refunds for change of mind, however an exchange of undamaged items or a credit note valid for one year may be offered. Church Stores honours all rights for return of faulty goods as required by Australian Consumer Law.

What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?

If an item you have purchased is not in stock, Church Stores will fill the order as soon as possible. Where extended delays of more than seven business days are expected, we will contact you and advise the expected delivery date. If unreasonable delays are expected and you are not satisfied with the proposed solution, you are entitled to a full refund.
